Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I was happy with the rooftop garden view, despite a bat entering the room. The service was friendly, but some staff members lacked problem-solving skills. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and shops. The dining was okay, with some dishes not meeting expectations. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The Superior Room, although lacking a window, was spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and small balcony were nice touches, but there was a plumbing issue that needed attention. The location in District 1 cannot be beaten, with top hotels like Caravelle, Hyatt, and Sheraton nearby along with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The service was friendly and helpful, especially toward my elderly father, but it felt like the staff may have become complacent due to their success. The dining experience, while basic, still offered some delightful options like the pho. The facilities were adequate, but there were occasional inconveniences like a noisy stairwell and limited gluten-free dishes.
